Hooray for all the CT Obama grass-roots workers! We were a small part of a very huge historic event. A big hug of joy to everyone who worked so hard--we all made it happen. Now let's keep going to make this a better world.

Congratulations, Mary! You and so many others devoted so much energy and talent to this movement. I've never been prouder of my country and my fellow citizens. We've proved so many stereotypes wrong and we've elevated our image beyond imagination around the world. I'm hearing from China, India, Pakistan, Israel, the UK and other countries. Once again, after a long time, America has overnight become a beacon of hope and opportunity for the citizens of the world! You should take great pride in all that you've done.
